AVAILABLE - Forever Green (10x10x1.75")

Forever Green is part of my Maple Leaf Forever series. This painting was inspired by a love for the natural world and for Canada. It features the motif of the maple leaf, repeated over and over again in different shades of green - a colour which represents rebirth and hope. This artwork was built up in many layers, creating a distinctive texture and sense of depth. The overall effect is one of softness and strength.

The story of this piece is both literal and metaphorical. The maple leaf is, of course, a symbol which represents Canada. Forever Green invites you to consider what Canada - past, present, and future - means to you.
