The beach on a sunny day is a source of bright joy, but once the sun sets, the excitement changes to calm contentedness. The crowds have departed, so chances are you will have the beach all to yourself when you go for a walk. You don't have to be anywhere or do anything: just feel the sand between your toes, breathe deep, and be.
