This tiny gem is painted with all the care and attention of my bigger pieces. It depicts snow falling softly, almost (but not quite) obscuring the landscape. In the diffused light conditions, the landscape is unsaturated, with almost no colour showing through. A misting of lavender adds to the softness, and interest, of Slow Drift.
