Canada is such a beautiful country, from coast to coast to coast. And you don't have to go far from home to find that beauty! The Thousand Islands area is a short drive from Ottawa, basically just an hour south. This scene is my abstract take on looking across the mighty St. Lawrence River just as the sun is coming up.

Mixed Media: acrylic and latex paints, liquid asphalt (rubberized). Painted on gallery depth canvas.
